How we handle your information

Obsidian Black Ltd stores your contact details and message in its private customer inbox, encrypted at rest. Authorised staff use them to investigate and respond to your request.

LabelRules requests are retained for up to 90 days. Other requests are retained for up to 365 days from receipt. Replies do not extend that period. You can use this form to request access to or deletion of your information.

Staff may use AI assistance to prepare a draft response. Before doing so, they review the exported content and remove contact details and confidential information as appropriate. Responses are reviewed by a person before they are sent.

A necessary session cookie protects this form. There are no analytics scripts on this page. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to store your request and deliver a reply.
