How we handle your feedback

Obsidian Black Ltd stores your feedback in its private customer inbox, encrypted at rest. Authorised staff read it to improve the products.

Feedback without an email address is kept for up to 180 days. If you leave an email address, we use it only to reply about your feedback, and keep the feedback for up to 365 days (90 days for LabelRules). You can use the support form to ask for access to or deletion of your information.

Staff may use AI assistance to group or summarise feedback. Before doing so, they remove contact details and anything confidential. A person reviews any reply before it is sent.

A necessary session cookie protects this form. There are no analytics scripts on this page. Our hosting provider processes the information needed to store your feedback.
